How it works The main principle of the closed cooling tower is that the spray water evaporates on the outer wall of the coil to cool the cooling water flowing through the pipe, and at the same time, the water vapor generated is taken away in time by the fan. A small part of the spray water evaporates, and the rest is collected by the chassis for recirculation. The coolant cooling water coming out of the condenser is pressurized by the cooling water pump and delivered to the cooling coil of the closed cooling tower. On the other hand, the water in the chassis of the cooling tower is sucked into the spray coil by using the pipeline pump, and the heat of the cooling water in the cooling coil is vaporized and absorbed on the outer surface of the cooling coil, so that the temperature of the cooling water can be reduced, at the same time, the air flows through the cooling coil from bottom to top by the suction effect of the fan installed on the baffle plate, and the sensible heat and latent heat exchange are carried out with the spray water, so that not only the heat release of the outer surface of the cooling coil can be strengthened, but also the water vapor formed by evaporation can be taken away in time, the water evaporation is accelerated, and the cooling effect is improved.
